Lawrence Dyer was born and raised in northern Ontario, Canada. Painting in oils and acrylics, the range of his subject matter has varied greatly as he evolved as an artist. He paints landscapes in the style of the Hudson River School of artists, North American and African wildlife, and he portrays Inuit in their traditional lifestyle. His original paintings are included in many private and corporate art collections. He has published 22 limited edition prints and many Giclée prints.
