FUZZY THE RACCOON 24” x 26” 1980
This is a portrait of our tame raccoon we named ‘Fuzzy’. When we lived on the lake in Canada, he would climb up the large square posts of our deck to reach the balcony, and then scratch on the sliding door for a handout. He loved fruits of all kinds. I was always amazed at the dexterity of his little paws, and how gentle he was when he took something from your hand.
